Catch-Up Posts: Aquarium / Children's Museum / Big Boy Bedroom
I have not had the opportunity to post as much as I would have liked this past week, so here are a few catch-up posts...
We took Everett for his first visit to the Georgia Aquarium on Labor Day, and as you can see from the pictures (soon to be posted) - it was a hit! He could have stood in front of those large tanks for hours just watching the fish swim along.
His absolute favorite was the Ocean Voyager exhibit, which has the amazing underwater tunnel. He just marveled at the sea life swimming all around us, and was not scared at all.
It was such a fun day, we will definitely be back soon. It is days like that where we just love seeing the world through Everett's eyes, you just can't beat it!
We also took Everett to the Children's Museum this past Sunday. He had a lot of fun, especially on the wilderness play ground (more pictures to come). We enjoyed watching him go from one activity to the next - soaking it all in! I managed to sneak a kiss from him while he played on the bridge. :)
We are in the process of updating Everett's room to make it more of a big boy room. We have not converted his bed just yet, but are planning to make the transition soon. Above, are some items that I have chosen for his room to create the perfect boy's space! I will post more pictures once the room is all done (it's been a work in progress).
